Is best for an I5 processor.

What settings would be best for an q6600.

-t1 would let one core work -t2 woud 2 cores work etc

Some one out there with the best settings for a q9450 and q6600 and q6700.

I can find info on this forum about yPool. But info on rPool is hard to find so some info on that would be very nice.
