It all depends on the price. Better question is how many people would get rid of some fiat around Christmas time...

I really don't want to but might have to.  I was trying to teach the kids about delayed gratification this week.  I said, "If Santa gets less presents this year, next year he can get more if Bitcoin takes off."  Somehow that does not seem to work though.  Wink

And yes, this "Santa" has some Bitcoin!

Not specifically. I might sell some bitcoins around Christmas time, but it won't be for Christmas. Smiley

If you don't mind driving BitchicksDaughter around for another year.  But I don't think she's going to be too happy about it.

I was going to give 1 BTC to everyone for Christmas...now I am re-thinking that Tongue

I can still buy gifts with bitcoins though, so why would I sell?

I gave away 7 first edition Casascius 1 BTC coins for Christmas in 2011.

Not this time though. :-)

I will be using  BTC to acquire presents this year.
