Can ETH price increase to 1k3$ again ?

Yes it is,going back to that value is very much possible as we can see today,the bulls has started to show up in our market causing all the coins including bitcoin and ethereum improve its value,as far as i know ethereum has a good platform which is backing up its price not unlike to bitcoin which doesnt have good working platform or a product.

It is going to happen few days or weeks from now as the bulls has come to show us some reversal in the market,bearish trend has finally ended as we can see bitcoin's value has surged up in just few hours,it is agood sign for most of the altcoins in the market because these altcoins are going to have green candles too as bitcoin's  value is growing faster.

I am absolutely sure that the price for the ETH this year will again reach the level of $1.3k and even more. And most likely we will see this not at the end of the year, but earlier. Maybe in the middle of summer or early autumn. So I think that now is a great opportunity to buy the ETH at a low price.

Yes it can,look at the market today bitcoin's value has started to recover from 3months of failing and im sure most of the altcoins in the market will do the same as we have entered the bull season,and its time to get our rewards as the market shows up some good reversals from the past few months of getting continously drop.

Yes, ethereum can rise back up to $1300 and even over that price.  If you're looking for the exact date, no one has the answer for you but I do see it happening again.  It could happen as soon as in a few months or towards the end of the year.

What will you do if anyone say that there is no chance for ETH to rise back to 1k3$? I think you shouldn't ask for it, just wait for it. Nobody in here has time machine so they can't ensure anything ). Cryptocurrency market is really difficult to predict so don't ask cause it can make you feel panic because you'll receive a lot of answers and not all of them are good for you.

Very possible as far as i can see today,ethereum is getting recover from the bloody market that we have for 3months,slowly we can see some improvements as the bulls has finally come out,bearish trend ended today that is why we are going to see massive improvements from most of the altcoins in the market as well as bitcoin's value.

Yes it can and it will really go there, now the people are only confuse because the prices just reset from the last years bear market and some are losing hope that this is the end of crypto, they forgot that last 2017 bitcoin really move super high from all its past years its only natural that it needs to correct also with a really low price, another thing is the market cap when bitcoin hits its 20,000 usd mark the market cap is at 300 billion dollars that is very high and the market is not solely in bitcoin altcoins like ethereum are shared in that because its the whole crypto market so if the market cap can rise back and a lot more from there 1000 usd is really a stop over it might get higher from that.

I think that Ethereum can increase to $1300 and will increase to this amount this year.  My be not the next couple of months, but by the end of the year for sure.
