Do you have a good knowledge of google sheets and time management, You can be a good bounty manager. You can find a project or ask more about this on Project Development section.

Just a heads up: I don't think campaigns will hire managers that isn't even a year old here on bitcointalk. We're talking about good amounts of bitcoin right here, and I'm pretty sure they wouldn't trust a random user. Definitely not impossible, it's just that it's going to be very difficult for you.

I Agree with mjglqw.
We are talking about the trust, even the higher rank also a bit difficult to be hired if they don't have any experiences. I'm a bit confused, why most people want to be a bounty manager. Think about it, if all of us are bounty manger, then who will be the participant?

I second this. Even I who have been in this forum for 4 years had a hard time looking for projects to offer my services to, so ultimately i just decided to focus on real life matters and visit the forum every now and then. It's not that we're trying to dishearten you by any means but it's the harsh truth out there. Some campaigns will try to low ball you because you don't have the experience, resulting in you losing the motivation to do the tasks. Just don't think of getting a managerial position yet; just do your thing and learn as much as you can and offers will follow if your skills and knowledge are exceptional.

If you want to start managing bounty campaigns, you should first start into learning how to use the searchbox to answer some question of yours, IMO a good campaign manager needs the skill to go around threads in the forum and search for information he/she needs here. You should also start building trust. I am sure that you can be a campaign manager if you worked hard enough since there is someone who managed to be a bounty campaign manager despite being a full member(at the time when i saw him managing campaigns) if I recall it right this is his profile(he is currently a hero member now).

Please, don't try to be bounty manager. There already was many threads where people were asking same questions. If you can't use search to find such simple thing, do you think that you are capable to be bounty manager.
There are already enough great managers and sadly there are way to many terrible managers who have no idea how to manage campaigns properly.

You can TRY to leave the post in a special thread, where they are looking for bounty managers. Or read the announcement on the forum, where people for their companies are looking for managers. I advise you to start with a small bounty. Good luck to your!

I have seen many bounty managers who has Jr member rank! So, maybe I can also manage a bounty campaign.  That's why I will be trying

In project development section you can find people and companies which not popular, but search bounty manager. If you good at languages and have experience in work with google spreadsheets, you can do it work!
