This is absolutely bear market to the core btc to me didn't go anywhere before, the price drop is as a result of correction from pump of crypto market generally.

I don't think the market is back, and btc is still low to me. The fact remains that now is the best time to buy any altcoin you want to buy because there prices are low and it's a good opportunity to make profit in the next bull market.

I don't think so. Right now, as of the moment, bitcoin is still down. Although it shows a little signs of life but still it is very down compares to last year's hype. On the other hand, its a good time to invest in bitcoin while the market is down. Its like buying something for a cheaper price and then selling it higher after some time.
