Tracking Exchange Additions (New Coins or Markets)

I have been working on a website to track any coins or markets added to Exchanges, I am currently at the stage where all the data-grabbing is done and I just need to make a cleaner front-end and such and then an API to access the data.

nice idea for ppl to follow up coming altcoin.
but i wonder how u can track all new coin now when a lot of ICO coming.
and i think u need a search bar for ppl to easy find which coin they want and more details or link to original website when we clicks on coin or exchange for information.
