Yes, patience is the key for holding coins. Because everytime the price of the coin you're holding is changing. So, while witing for the right time to sell it, you must be patient. Why? Because without patience, you can't earn a good profit. Wait patiently evwn if it takes a year because it will be the you may be rewarded a big profit. I also realized that whatever happens if it is a good it will surely rise even though how long it takes so we really need lot of patience. Because of that I am holding the coin I earned few months ago and patiently waiting for its price to reach 1 dollar. It already reached 1 dollar before the distribution then after distribution it falls deep down. Well it is just normal every distribution. I still believe that it will reach 1 dolla again.
