Because there are already a lot of tutorials and services offering ICOs from scratch for 5$ on Fiverr. This is insane but for a few bucks, you can start ICO on ETH blockchain. There are not so many tutorials for other cryptocurrencies because only ETH was so widely used for ICo's.

He is well known infamous scam developer in South Korea,
formerly he was one of the Bitcoin Platinum dev members, a well-known scam.

from the beginning of ETSC,
We (the original ESN(Ethersocial Network) team and Ddengle (the biggest mining community in South Korea) continuously warned ETSC supporters but with no success... sigh

Another scam project?

I don't see any updates or announcements from the ETSC team. This thread is slowly dying too and I don't see any activity on their social media pages. Looks scammy to me but I will like to hear your opinion on this.
