ETH and BCH: Race to $1000

Everyone is hopeful that the market is now all green and the coins are increasing in price. However, as I look at the prices of the coins in the top 100 in coinmarket, I realized the fall of bitcoin cash compared to its boom last year. Now, it is in the price where there's only so little gap between it and ETH. Now, which do you think will reach the $1000 first? Any opinion?

Have you already checked out the price history of ETH? if not then try to look on this one https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/ethereum/#charts and you might able to answer your own question by just looking on the chart. $1k price had already been break out by ETH which I do see that this coin is more worthy that BCH.

Yes, if we refer to the history of the prices of both ETH and BCH, they had both surpassed the $1000. However, I am referring to the current price since all of the coin's prices deteriorated during the dip. So I was thinking, this time, which will reach $1000 first.

If ethereum can break $800 which is stronger resistent it will probably back to all time high. And if ethereum can break its all time high we probably will see anothe all time high which i predict is arround $3000. The price also will be boost by migration consensus to hybrid which everyone can stake their ethereum in december.

The total market cap is not a bench mark to evaluate the coin, take a look at doge coin, it is a fun coin and it was in the top five coins for a few years back and with the number of coins in circulation you can come with those figures, BCH is old bitcoin created by satoshi with larger blocks and i am not sure how they could make things better from this situation to make it widely acceptable, i view these coins in the merit they bring to the market, BCH is a coin while ETH is a token creating platform and investing in BCH can give you a bigger profit in the long run, just a speculation but if you stick to one, it might give you the benefit.

Bitcoin Cash is likely to hit $1000 first because of it’s transaction speed:it’s even much faster than bitcoin. Ether rum looks promising with the many tokens being purchased on the ethereum blockchain but I still stick to BTC cash.

It's no doubt they will reach the $1000 price tier my choice falls into the hands of ETH it's pumping machine the ICO's and the promising smart contracts will make the coin reach that tier first, however, it is not the basis of the question cause both coins can reach that price with the means of any method to pump its price back to the ATH in the present the BCH has the upper hand to reach that stage first.

Maybe I will select ETH for the winner, ETH is almost number 2 in coinmarket which is there is a lot of transaction so the volume is bigger than BCH. BCH rise because Bitmain accepts this coin for their payments. I don't know if my speculation came with nice logic or not it's just my opinion you know as a newbie

Would prefer and suggest ETH here over BCH
I am not sure if BCH could last long despite many merchants started to accept BCH as one of the payment
If there's BTC with LN activated, it solved the main issue of why BCH is forked out which is the transaction speed
Yet, this is debatable because this is the beauty of Crypto

It will certainly be Ethereum. Because its popularity and platform is better than Bitcoin Cash. In terms of growth, ETH is always higher than Bitcoin Cash. so. It is not surprising that ETH will definitely reach 1000$ before Bitcoincash when the market recovers

For me the first who reach the first $1000 will be ethereum because as of now the price of the ethereum will become $1000 because we know the price of the ethereum already reach $1400 will be the highest of the ethereum so that's why I think it will become first. Because for sure it will increase more the price again because this is the next bitcoin after few years for sure.

Definitely I am also not that stupid to support bitcoin cash while I have the option of choosing number one altcoin. Ethereum is far better than BCH and it has a brighter future also. Though bitcoin cash rate of rising is more than Ethereum but it cannot be trusted with money because it is a weak coin. The survival strength of bitcoin cash is not as much as that of Ethereum.

We can never be so sure just like most people are trying to say here we could see BCH to rather take the lead again and make another $2000 mark or more, But if ETH would over take BCH then I really think it is OK because I consider Ethereum the second best Altcoins next to Litecoin, I never invested in Bitcoin Cash so this post seems one sided but that is my opinion.

In coinmarketcap the difference in the price of bitcoin cash and ethereum only $270 differently in the last year which had a huge difference, almost $2000. But now it's only $270 higher than bitcoin cash. I think bitcoin cash investestor moves on to another altcoin, and could move to ethereum. For those who reach $1000 I choose ethereum, I see the movement price bitcoin cash is very slowly.

In my opinion Ethereum would be the first to reach $1000 because I feel like the results of the forks such as Bitcoin Cash this year would be slow compared to its price last year. It was like the year of the forks last year and this year would be a different year too. I think the people behind Bitcoin Cash had already hoarded enough money and would most likely create another fork to get money out of the people.

The BCH has an awfully weak technical part. ETH has a strong technical part, so ETH has more prospects in the future.

Eth will definitely reach $1000 before bch because eth is more popular and it has a lot of potential. Eth's platform is way better than bch's platform. Even many investors choose eth because it eth is the more promising.

I think that bitcoin cash will win that race thanks to its very low supply. Anyways bitcoin cash is worthless in my eyes comparing to bitcoin. On the other hand I am expecting to see ethereum raise higher than bch over time.
