Missing coin on HitBTC

I have buy an Januar a lot of coins on HitBTC. And now all coins and reports are missing. Have write 5 support emails. Wait a week and no answer nothing. No answer on email no answer on Twitter ore Facebook. Have someone the same problem? Ore can someone help me.

If you had bought lots of coins then suddenly disappear into that exchange itself then most probable cause is that it might already being delisted because thats the only comes through my mind where if there would be possible delisting of coins each exchange do made such announcement and might you have missed it or not paying attention.

You mean even ripple,tron and eth disappear? If yes, have you checked out transaction history of your account? If theres outgoing transactions into others address then you might being compromised into your own account and hacker did able to access and stole funds inside it but if theres no transaction to be find then its quiet shady for those coins to lose on.

I have look reports and all reports are missing. All reports lost . In reports is nothings.

A reason I might be thinking about is that you are using a different account or something like that.
I am also using HitBTC and I am pretty active in the users community, have never heard about this kind of problem , and if it's database lack scenario then it will probably be global and not specific to your user only.

I would suggest you trying to contact HitBTC through their reddit section at : https://www.reddit.com/r/hitbtc/   They seem to be more active over there.

Much better if you will not just state that coins are missing but tell us what coins are you talking about so somehow community will have a look into it if they are having some problem with that coins. Missing coins is alarming so you need to pinpoint what coins is that.

But good thing you already send them a query eventhough it takes time for them to answer. Week of waiting is still a short period if we have to based it on your case and how HitBTC handles problems. As suggested above, maybe you can hit them at their Reddit section.

There are two possibilities.

One is that you logged into a completely different account that you thought was the account that you bought the coin from. It's not rare to see that happen.

Secondly, there is always a possibility of a glitch/bug from HitBTC's end. However, I haven't heard any others complain about he same issue as you are. Your account shouldn't have been hacked, because otherwise the hacker would have still registered in your withdrawal history after he withdraws your funds.

If you're sure that you logged in with the right account, then you just need to wait until HitBTC support is able to respond to you. There is nothing that we can do here, since we do not have access to HitBTC's databases.

The account is not wrong . I wait of answer from HitBTC but no answer from support. In Email hi write that answer in 48 hours. But I wait longer than a week. I hope HitBTC writing back.

You looked at reports, may I confirm if you select/click the radio button to see ALL (not Today, Yesterday, 1 Week, 1 Month)?
Also, did you look on Account tab too? If you scroll down on Account you'll see the Latest transactions there.

If you did both and still no records, that's really weird that only support could explain.
