We have received a broken KNC Miner and gave them time to solve the issue until today.
Unfortunately they do not reply to our emails and phone calls (!).
Not only that we paid a premium to KNC for fast-delivery (confirmed by Sam), worst is to have received a broken unit and just get ignored by this company.
This is completely unacceptable ! If you face similiar problems please post here.
For the moment we advise you to file a complaint at the Swedish Consumer Agency:
