Looks interesting and thanks for this news. it looks like the market still not follow any news regarding this . Just bought some Hav right now and then waiting there will be a pump caused by this news.
I guess tomorrow a pump will be happening. Havven team put the transparency as a priority for them compared with tether and this has a lot of potential.

Havven is the one of the greatest projects for this year. THis news was expected in the second quarter 2018 but not that much early !!
The team will be in Singapore for 17/18 this month to further explain the last updates in the release to the mainnet.
Of course all this will pump the price for the next days.

Yes that's one of the main reasons why I believe in them so much. Every since their ICO ended, they launched partnerships, a bug bounty, and now eUSD, which is the fastest I've ever seen a project roll stuff out after their ICO
