Here is the #3 reason that was left out of the initial post: Tax Season Blamed for Bitcoin Sell-off, Rebound Predicted on 17 April 2018 !!! Taxation and the Bitcoin Price Sell-off. In recent months, the Bitcoin price declined by as much as 65% compared to late 2017. There are many different reasons as to why this has happened. One potential outcome is the taxation season. More specifically, people noted a lot more capital gains tax in 2017 than expected. Regardless of current market movements, these taxes still need to be paid.
Personally I don’t think that any Muslims were waiting around for a confirmation on the conformity to islamic law before investing in crypto. Any one with common sense who is aware of the concept of what is considered haram or halal could easy obtain that crypto is just fine to use.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

First thing is that people are continuing to understand bitcoin because of social medias promoting cryptos and how great of a benefit it could be to the people. Second thing is that people are starting to realize that bitcoin is real and is not a scam. Last thing is that bitcoin would be a great alternative payment system.

If other currencies recognize inflation or decline in the value of a currency, then Bitcoin only recognizes deflation, or reduced production of Bitcoin which makes the value of Bitcoin increasingly uphill. Bitcoin experiences what is called Bitcoin Halvings, or a reduction in the virtual currency supply

Reality indeed, this reasons are the most common factors that bitcoin gathered its support, with how the social media influences the flow and with how
investors begins to realize the potentials of this investment, most of the time after some mistakes in investing your money people will continue to look
for any chances and they find bitcoin as another good ways, then after that the real usage will also help the value become demanding placing the value
to rise up as many will hold it up to use in their business for much easier transactions.

#2 Islamic Scholar Says Bitcoin is Compliant With Sharia Law as Price Surges :
A recent declaration by an Islamic scholar that Bitcoin is compliant with Sharia law could be the cause behind today’s $1000 price surge, opening the market to Muslim investors who were previously unsure if the cryptocurrency qualified as money under the strict definitions outlined by scholars.
Muslims account for 23% of the world’s population, with 1.6 billion Muslims throughout the world, mostly in Asia Pacific nations like India and Indonesia. Sharia Law, or Islamic Canonical Law, prohibits the practice of lending money at high-interest rates, known as usury. Debate has raged since the popularity of Bitcoin in the Islamic Scholar community as to whether Bitcoin trading was a form of usury due to the volatility and huge profit and loss margins.

That is a very great news, it only means that cryptocurrency is slowly being accepted on the country and people will also start to recognize bitcoins and will be use for our daily transactions in the future.
