I am here to report my dissatisfaction with this exchange, that I requested the withdrawal of 27700 CRS and after 10 hours it wasn't performed so I opened a support ticket and after 3 days it remains unanswered and i without the coins... they are ignoring me, so i come here trying to reach them.

Same here.  Transaction went off into a string of orphaned blocks.  Opened ticket, no response at all.
