Just lost three bitcoins. One person asked me to send him bitcoins and after that he will send me money but he didnt. I know i was a fool. Can I get those back somehow?

Nope, it was a cheap lesson well learned. Do you know who he was, perhaps on this forum so we can be careful of him? Also, always use escrow.

no. let this be your $1,000 lesson. protect yourself from getting scammed.. because that is one of the pitfalls of owning bitcoins.

Well, I'm sorry I don't buy this! How can you send 3 bitcoins in the first place, without knowing or using an escrow? It seems you're post hunting myfriend and everbody else in here joined the party with you. In case you did lost 3 coins... well.
it does sound outrageous, but i generally find people to be gullible.. so i wouldn't discount his claims at all.
