To become a photographer, you don't need to spend much money on the camera itself. You should have the passion and creativity on capturing moments, it is the key to be successful on being a photographer

But I think it is also better to have a good quality of photos that we are taking, and have some lenses on our cameras that can zoom more than what we can expect from our cellphones. Just like what I saw the last concert that I've watched uploaded in Youtube, he has a great quality of image or videos and at the same time, he can still capture the artist even if he is on the top of the concert hall, but you are also right about being creative on capturing is also a good one to apply with this.

Being a photographer is a profession that you will like very much if you really like art. YouTube has many tutorials that can help you, but I recommend you do a complete course, you will love it.

I recommend you practice a lot, the important thing is that you have to photograph, the professional camera is useful but if you do not have it you can do it with a common camera and make tests of objects, places, landscapes, people.

if being a photographer should have the soul of the art the first in my opinion, and must prepare a large sum of money, we see just the price of the camera is quite expensive, and the camera lens is more expensive. if you have a soul of art and have plenty of capital, chances are you will open your own gallery for the future, and you will become a professional photographer.

Photography is not just about learning how to use a camera, you can be a great photographer even by using a phone. To me, there are some rules about photography (please notice I have studies in photography, but to me it has been just a hobby, I earned some prices but i don't work as a professional photographer):
- Composition laws. A good photograph is always a good story (at least to me) so, in order to be able to achieve this great story, you need to study composition. It is about how are you going to "organize" your picture. For instance: you want to make a photo of a child playing. Then you can choose a general map of them just playing and it will be the story. But, if you want to introduce a poetic image, then you can choose just a hand of a little boy playing, but the action of the hand must suggest the whole playground (I don't know If I made myself understandable, it is difficult to me to explain such abstract concepts in English, sorry).
- Light. Photography is based on light. There is a different kind of using the light in order to achieve one or other sensation. For instance, you want to make a portrait of an old person? I would suggest always a soft light coming from a side, not frontal, so the wrinkles in his/her face become more profounds.
- Color. Of course, color is important. We all have grown under a color perception, and the color is related to the feelings an image can suggest. For instance, greys with red are always profound. So, coming back to the old person portrait, I will choose brown (an old chair), grey to the back and something in red to represent life. About this matter, you can read Erns Gombrich, an Art Historian dedicated to the psychology of art. (You can read him here https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1080/00043249.1961.10794062?journalCode=rcaj20)
- Focus. It is related on where are you going to put your attention. I love to play with the focus in order to build my own story.
- Thematic. This is not the same to be dedicated to natural photography rather than social or personal one. This is really different. I would try as much as I can, but, for instance, I love details, so in nature, I always take pictures of small things as leaves, water drops... To be honest the most I love is portraits...
- To find an identity. I think this is the most difficult part. To achieve your own personal identity, the invisible signature implied in your photographs. It can take years, but, step by step, you will discover your own favorite settings, colors... and a personal way to express yourself. This can change as well as you will change with the years to come, but, from my point of view, having a special identity captured on your work is what is going to make you extraordinary.

Always read and observe the work of others. Be humble and patient.

Regarding cameras:
- I love Nikon because of the light, but, of course, it is always personal. You will find all kind of discussion between Nikon and Canon... but, at the end, you must choose a camera suitable for you. My camera is old but great: Nikon d-90.
- Technical is important. You will need to learn about the tools you are going to use, but it takes time.
- There are some programs to use. I always choose Darktable (linux open source program similar to Lightroom, but free). It is for processing photographs as if you were in a red room. Of course, son post-processed is necessary sometimes, despite some people are against it. This is normal, this has been made since the very beginning of photography, so learning how to use a process program is important too.
Remember to know your camera, your lents and your software. To choose well your tools.
I hope it helps to you to get into this amazing and beautiful world.

I am not a professional photographer but just a hobbyist.  You can definitely learn more on this field through YouTube and the internet.  You need to understand the basics about light, composition, shutter speeds, and iso.  All this will come into play in your image.  You can also join photography forums such as Fredmiranda, photography-on-the.net, dpreview.  These are some of the most popular ones.  I personally use Nikon because it feels more intuitive for me than Cannon or Sony.  It’s a very fun and rewarding field.  Good luck!

Every business needs capital, not to mention being a professional photographer. First of all we need a photo tool. Photo tools can mean lens cameras, and other accessories that support. Because the type of photography and style of each person is quite diverse, then the photo tool is also diverse.
One alternative for a small budget is to rent a camera and lens based on the work gained.
Capital does not mean money alone, but also important mastery of theory, practice, creativity and problem-solving skills. Good equipment alone does not guarantee it can produce good work and worth selling.

Being a photographer does seem an easy job, but it's all wrong because actually being a photographer it takes expertise that is specific to the maximum image.

Professional photography is an excellent career choice for anyone who wants to get paid for using their creative talents. It's one of the few fields where age and college degrees aren't as important as a good eye, a quality product, and self-discipline. Photography is a competitive field, so be prepared to start small. Then perfect your craft and build a portfolio of your best work.

Being a photographer not an easy task because it take lots of experience and practice.
To click a good picture you need a good camera at least canon 700D or 80D because they have a good sensor which help you to capture the picture in low light.
To click a good photo keep certain things in mind like:-
1) Focus- It is the most important thing in photography because if the focus of the object is not clear then it's not a good photo.
2) Light- It is another main thing to capture the picture so it's better find that place where the light is good.
3) Shutter speed- Yes now this is another most important thing to capture the picture if the shutter speed is more then your pic is blur more and picture is over exposed and if the shutter speed is low then picture is under exposed so you need to adjust the shutter speed in the middle so that your camera click the stable and good picture.
And there are other more thing which you keep in mind to capture the good photo, and after knowing all this thing congratulations you are a good photographer... Grin Grin

You simply have a camera and can press the shutter button, just select the auto mode and give directions to the model to be stylish. I think that's enough for beginners  Wink

To become a photographer, you need to work a lot and get some pieces of training. Thanks to this wonderful resource called the Internet, there is a load of training available for anyone wondering how to become a photographer—some free, some paid.

Also, taking great photos requires a complete focus on your composition. Be it for a wedding, a fashion shoot, a glamour shot or whatever, you need to compose your shots, pose your subject, and ensure a creative outcome.

It's not easy to be a photographer as you need natural talent as well as learning the technical elements of photography. If you're not born with an artistic flare then you should do it as a hobby rather than career. Take an online course (cheaper) then go out and practice yourself in a wildlife park.
