Hello!
Do I have to use my real name on my FB and other social media accounts to participate in a bounty program?

Not necessarily sir. You can use any name you want but to show professionalism I suggest you use your real name.

I do not think it has any effect. They also will not check whether it's your real name or not. There is no profit for them either.

Hello!
Do I have to use my real name on my FB and other social media accounts to participate in a bounty program?

You definitely not obliged to use your real identity. I've never heard of any major bounty campaign asking people to use only their real accounts. That would be ridiculous, since it is legal to use alias or a nickname for twitter, FB and any other social network.

Yet you may benefit from your social networks accounts, if they have a lot of friends, subscribers, followers etc. Many bounty campaigns pays "influencers" way more, than ordinary users.

It is not necessary to use your real identification or name in your social media account.

That's your choice. You can use your main or secondary account. Most important thing that your account must have real friends/followers, not fake.
Personally, I wouldn't use my main profile for bounties. I don't want to spam newsfeeds of my friends with advertisements of various projects, especially when they are completely not interested in crypto.

I don't think it matters if you use your real name or not. Provided you do the required task, you will get paid.
