I don't recommend the ICO project, because most of the current ICO projects look more like a hype.
I think you can buy tokens directly from the exchange.

What? Neo ICO was done last year. Or you probably wanna say ICO's of token that runs on NEO. If you wanna invest in NEO, you could now, because NEo has getting more and more projects or platform that relies on it. It's kind of similar to Ethereum, but the network doesn't have gas wars. Ethereum has a lot of gas war, especially during market bulls. |

ICO of NEO was over long ago. As what many have said, you can buy NEO from major exchanges.
It is never too late to get into NEO as NEO is an integral part of the NEO Smart Economy of which many many successful project had been launched on the NEO blockchain.

It's a good idea to invest in NEO now because it will increase again with bitcoin increase this year. So if I'm starting to start investing in neo because bitcoin's price will come back again and maybe it will increase significantly before the end of this year. If you can afford to invest in 50k you will invest as I'm sure that bitcoin will increase again and at the same time increase the altcoins.

It's never too late to invest in NEO, I think neo price is not high now, people called Neo is China Ethereum, Neo holder also can earn Gas, last year July Neo price only $8 and December price rising to $185, it's a potential coin and must have good price in the future

AFAIK, most altcoin follow bitcoin uptrend so if you have enough capital, you can start to invest some NEO !
I believe most crypto will going green on next few days
My expert trader said that NEO is worth to invest and I just regret to purchase small amount of it !

Neo has been trading for a while already.  Most likely you can buy it at your favourite exchange. If you are referring to Neo based projects there is not too much going on that I am aware of. Ontology airdropped tokens to Neo holders and Bridge and Narrative are finished. On https://switcheo.exchange/ you find the first decentralised exchange for neo tokens. |

Nope, ICO for neo is already finished months ago but still you can invest to NEO buy some NEO while the price is still cheal because once it recovers NEO's price for sure will go up. |

ICO ended long time ago whether you learn about NEO. I think you should learn more thoroughly before investing anywhere although ICO has ended but you can buy NEO in exchanges |

I can not say anything about projects based on NEO, because I do not view the NEO platform as a normal platform, I just think that it does not have a good test like ethereum, I think that ETH is still the most popular

If you are that interested in the coin, I think you wait for exchange. The ico finished sometime ago. So now you can buy from exchange. I'm not thinking of investing on it at the moment but it is still a good time to buy.
