I don't know why some of you got the idea that OP is in a state of panic. Because it seems like some of you are assuming that OP is worried or nervous about Bitcoin being in the 7,900$ level. But what he is just asking is a "strong explanation" which almost none of you have properly answered, obviously he doesn't know technical analysis well that is why he is asking an explanation on what will happen to Bitcoin next.

But to keep things clear what others who have posted here are right. Bitcoin going up 1,200$ in just 48 hours is too fast. It is too fast that a correction is inevitable, but if it still goes below to 7,700$ and then 7,400$ then we might be seeing BTC continuing on a down trend. And if I were you I would like to see Bitcoin go up and down rather than see it skyrocket through the charts.

They incline to see bitcoin from the price only, but their knowledge of cryptocurrency is very shallow. So the person who knows the cryptocurrency will annoyed to see a thread that tells about the price, which tells why the bitcoin down and tell with easily bitcoin die (BECAUSE OF PRICE) really dosen't make sense. It was a tradition of new people who come to this forum, who are blind to their reading will be easy to draw conclusions. In contrast to people who already know and are familiar with situations like this they will analyze and find out what happened.

I am very strange because bitcoin prices have just decreased in the last few hours, not even one day. This forum should create a curriculum for a newcomer who wants to join this forum and before going free to create a thread and comment on thread they should get a lesson first. And the first lesson that they really need to understand is the 'volatility' of cryptocurrency prices.

Bitcoin going up 1,200$ in just 48 hours is too fast. It is too fast that a correction is inevitable, but if it still goes below to 7,700$ and then 7,400$ then we might be seeing BTC continuing on a down trend.

It's definitely too fast, but the main point of importance is that if turns out that the peak was the result of large players actually buying coins, then these coins can be considered off the market for a while. On top of that, now that the price is hovering around current levels, more people start to enter the market above $7000 which is another positive aspect. I am satisfied as long as we can remain above the $7000 level, because that means we're moving forward gradually. Peaks, whether they are massive or a bit more conservative as the one we now, are never a good focusing point. We have to focus on where the actual support is willing to maintain the market, and I am not entirely sure if we are safe from another minus $7000 visit in the coming weeks. I of course hope we are, but we can't discard that possibility in current time frame....

You cannot blame people for feeling what they feel (and speaking about it loudly here or elsewhere). With that said, you should also keep in mind that exactly these people allow you to earn money off them since it is them you buy from at lows and them you sell to at highs. So you should be sort of grateful to them. In other words, don't bite the hand that feeds you. Apart from that, the topics like this allow you (and me as well, for the record) to make a couple of extra posts, and this is not a bad thing either for our wallets.

for now bitcoin prices have gone back on price recovery and have started up to more than $ 8100 if you can be more patient then you can benefit and can sell the bitcoin you have when the price in $ 20k again, but if you want to make a profit when this also then it's up to you.

It's a step forward, but not the main factor.

The thing with speculation is that it all comes down to how undeveloped Bitcoin's market is in several ways. It requires proper regulations and a set of rules similar to how stock exchanges operate. If regulations manage to set the foundation, big money will enter the market and provide the liquidity this market badly needs.

Eventually, and I do believe that this will happen, there will only be one single global market. In other words, there won't be exchanges each operating their own orderbook anymore, but they from that point will solely function as broker, just like how stock brokers operate. It's the only way to actually iron out the volatility as much as possible. If on top of that Bitcoin has been adopted to such extent that there is no more room for astronomical growth, it will contribute to even more stability. If Bitcoin eventually becomes what Gold is right now in market terms, we can say that this is the most we can expect from it.

And right now, it has climbed right up above $8000. Bitcoin price does not expect reaction every time there is a change in a purported direction. Most times when price started taking some direction, we are used to it to expect that is what is going to be but alas the volatility is a constant thing that would be there whether the price is increasing. So get used to it and stop reacting every time. It also provides an opportunity to either be on the winning team or otherwise.

Not really. We actually went up again today from $8k from yesterday to $8.9k now. What happened yesterday was just a small correction, it happens all the time when bitcoin is continually going in the upward direction.

I think that this could be attributed to Tom Lee's prediction of bitcoin rising on Tax Day. So I do expect some pretty strong rallies up until at the very least, Wednesday. Price can go up to $9.5k in my opinion during this rally, before dropping back.

After this rally is over, prices most likely will gradually go back to the bottom, but you never know how long the rally is going to last for.
