I read up a little on the subject.  this is what I found.  http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/09/06/face-tattoos-employers_n_3872514.html

How will OP prove it's a real tattoo?

Pictures whilst having it done. Or recording it whilst having it done. I think the recording would be a better option. They would only need to record the tattooist doing it on their forehead. Therefore, will not have to show any other part of face, for example face, mouth and other parts. Although, I think escrow is a must with this sort of deal.

If people are really serious about this, i'm very serious about doing the escrow as well. (Or someone else can do it, as most of you probably don't trust me)
I'm on here pretty much 24/7. I reply within 7 hours in worst case.

Anyway, there has to be a VERY clear agreement first:

- all communication happens on here, in this thread
- no coins are sent to the escrow until the one that gets the tattoo has agreed on doing it
- if you send coins to the escrow, put your return address on here as well
- the one that gets the tattoo must prove it with either a high quality video or with at least 3 different high resolution pictures, if these requirements are not met, all coins are sent back to the owners.
- if the one that gets the tattoo does not reply for one week, all coins are sent back to the owners.

A tattoo may take longer than a week to complete (because most are very busy and can only fit you in within 2-4 weeks).

The total at this point so far is BTC4.63

I'd be willing to act as the escrow in this situation free of charge.

4.62BTC = $2021

I got to be honest. This is a lot of money for just getting a tattoo of "moron" on you're head. But, we much specify the size etc.

How much does it cost to remove a tatoo? Smiley

I could go cheaper if it's some visible place, but NOT THE FACE

I'm not entirely sure. But if someone is planning on getting a tattoo on their face anyway. It's the perfect chance for them as they can just get it covered up.
