You can buy , Whenever there’s a dip.

This actually applies to any investment vehicle.

Be it stocks, funds or currencies. Buy when they dip and sell when they hit major resistance. Never ever buy when the price is peaking. Wait for the correction and buy after the sell-off.

Not a very good time to buy,always check the market's condition,we are in red today but not that dipped,as you can see bitcoin support levels still trying to save our asses,that is why it wont break easily the bulls arent yet done and you should know that too,just wait for the market to get bloody atleast -30% of all the coins will be much profitable.

I think its a good time to buy but make sure you will hold it for some time. Prices are bound to rise again after all the selling spree in the last two months.

You shouldnt furthr dip,because below -20% off isnt that good profitable and the market seems to be going to fail more,watch out for the ethereum and neo because these two undervalued coins are going to be massive few months from now as they have the most powerful platforms in the community.Wait for atelast 30% with these altcoins so that you can maximize your profits.

Yes, it's a good time to buy now, the market is low but it was even lower last week.

However, I predict BTC will still be in a bear trend up to US tax day (April 17th) maybe next week too. Exchanges and larger players (whales) will probably sell some of the cryptocurrencies they hold (if they did not do it already) to be able to pay their taxes in FIAT currency.
