You could start investing/buying coins now. We don't really know if the market is going to dip more in the next few months or the prices may go up now that the selling spree from the last two months is over and well behind us. Either way, you won't lose if you hold on to those coins because if the market goes lower, it's only a matter time before it goes up again. So invest now and hold on to your coins.

There is no such thing as right time to buy in crypto currencies because it's hard to predict the market flactuations. I think it depends on when you want to join and what's the current market situation. Example if the price of Ethereum dropped for almost 1/3 of it's price today I think it's a probably a good time to buy.

Why not? If you can you may compare current price with ICO price. If these prices are close or cheaper you can buy. But some projects trades now higher then ICO. That's why you need to solve which price is comfortable for you
