There is another way to earn if the value of the altcoin is dump. There are many ways on how to earn altcoins just be patirnce and industrious in earning and learning the different altcoins. I think this is time to buy. Because a lot ALTs coins reach the bass level of the market. Most of the good coins under ICO price.  As the industry experts, BTC will reach 25,000USD limit by the end of this year. If bitcoin reach that limit, it means market cap will reach last year most upper level. I trillion.  Because of those reasons, buy and hold it for sometime.
