Hi. I am looking for a service similar to Skype which will allow me to make calls to landlines and mobile phones. Does anybody know of a service like this which will allow me to pay in bitcoins?

There's a telegram bot called Callcoin launched last 2016, you can make calls to any phone numbers (even international) and pay using Bitcoin, but not for landline as far as I know. I haven't tried it though. You can check the website if you're interested or want to know more: https://callcoinbot.com/

The one and only that i know is Bitphone, but they're already shutdown in the end of 2016 or early 2017.
I found thread about XCoinCall, try to take a look at it  Introducing XCoinCall - start calling with Bitcoins

I would recommend just use Skype but buy Skype Gift Cards with Bitcoin online. I've been doing this for years and it's the best option in my opinion.

A quick google search will give you an idea where you can purchase gift cards with bitcoin.

This might be much better solution for what you are looking for, though be careful of what other sites offering, they might be scammers or not, so take your time to search first before purchasing any goods.
