Signature Help

So basically i'm trying to make a signature with a link when you click on the text, I need the text to be a big size and in red please could someone get the code for me so I can just have to put the link in. I know this sounds lazy but I have been trying to get it to work for literally an hour no without success. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
