I can confirm they are scammers.

I will also now be very suspicious of anyone using BIPS.

Don't get caught and learn from my lost bitcoin!

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

When submitting a scam accusation you really do need to supply as much evidence as possible. Such as screenshots, conversations and anything else which can help the matter in hand.

Not too much to say. I bought a chromebook and went through the transaction. No response, 8 days later after multiple emails. Phone number they provided doesn't actually work.

Yeah most ISP's won't even complete bitcoinvalley.ca connections.
