Is it worth it to take part in airdrops?

I have been in the crypto market for quite a long time and have never really thought of participating in airdrops. The mere of thought of getting free money makes me wonder whether it is actually going to be worth it. Most of coins give in airdrops are useless and considered as dust in our portfolio which is why I have never participated in any of them. It is better to take part in a bounty program rather than to take part in an airdrop.

We can really differentiate potential earnings on an airdrop compared into a bounty campaign which is right.For us veteran members it would turn out that these things are complete trash yet we do only earn a dust but for those people who do have struggle on earning money will surely jump into airdrops without hesitation as long it can give out easy profits then it would be already okay. I have tried airdropped once which i do earn 1k usd on that one which on eBTC.

Airdropped coins are hardly convertible into other currencies. Some coins are staying at death point for a long period of time. So I don’t see big opportunity to earn through participation in airdrop campaigns.

It depends on the ICO you are taking part on, but be aware guys there are some hackers who use fake airdrops to use your information and try to hack your accounts.

Do not participate in airdrops.  You will only waste time.  More than half the airdrops are scam.

Airdrop to participate need. it takes very little time and brings good revenue. Take part and do not doubt.

Most airdrops aren't that much profitable.

These maybe the reasons/factors why those airdrops aren't profitable:
1. Unsuccessful to reach hard cap
2. Certain Percentage only are allotted to Airdrops
3. In some cases, there are tasks should be done before getting the airdrops and the number of tasks finished have specific amount of rewards.
4. The project itself is a failure.
5. It's a scam

There's a lot more to state but these factors/reasons are the only ones that came into my head.

If you have a lot of free time, then you can try to earn in airdrop campaigns, but it's better not to waste your time and just participate in many bounty campaigns, because most of the airdrops are scam and you will get nothing.

This is really a simple and good way to earn money. But airdrop will not bring you a big profit. You can certainly get $ 50-100 for free, but I think that this does not suit you.

Definitely not, almost all of them are scams without good concept. It is very rare for ICO to provide an airdrop with good price that will be then paid.

I think all the coin results obtained from airdrop do not have a sale price because of the limited allocation and the airdrop participants so much without having a limit so the allocation is shared by many participants making what you get becomes worthless better avoid airdrop.

I think airdrop is a complete waste of time since it is practically impossible for you to determine which of the airdrop out of hundreds of it would be successful.  If you focus your time and effort on airdrop, I  bet you will only keep chssing shadows!

Airdrop is good before because all of it was profits but today i do not think so and it is a waste of time i prefer to do bounty hunt instead of airdrop and you can only gain small amount of profits in airdrop

Airdrops are part of their marketing strategy. My answer to the question if it is worth it, participating in airdrops in exchange for time, I think it is better to trade or learn how to trade wisely. These airdops are all about chances and luck.

Airdrop is the easiest way to gey tokens or coins because all you have to do is to register and do nothing but wait for your tokens. Its the easiest but it will not give you a significant amount or profit. Is it worth it?, maybe if youre lucky and get a good airdrop, anyway you dont have to do anything.

It was really nice to participate on airdrops because some of them are legitimate and they are paying a good price on cryptocurrency but do not give your own private key if they are requiring it because it was obviously a scam.

airdrop is nice, yes you have to spend a lot of time to airdrop. my advice, as long as get money by taking part of it. use your free time to make money

following the airdrop is a very time-wasting thing, why? because even if you get paid you will only get a little coin / token, very rarely there is airdrop that has a good price in the market, besides now a lot of fake airdrop, so I strongly discourage you to follow airdrop

Of course, you will get valuable tokens worth the time you spend. Airdrops often give their tokens to the participants and support their projects, the Tokens you receive can reach $ 100 or so. But you should know that many projects give you their tokens, but they are not worth it.
