Main reason think bitcoin is a bubble because the price increased in a too small time frame, I assume that a large percent from the people who admits that bitcoin is a bubble do it because they are upset that they didn't buy it at the right time and now they have to pay much more for the same bitcoin.
Also one of the main reasons that bitcoin is being considered a bubble is because most of it's  investors are not users but speculators.

Because of the value they rise abnormally. People are afraid to hold them. But I believe BTC is a secure coin and sustainable development in the future. Be sure to invest in BTC. Do not worry too much.

Nobody is afraid to hold something. What they are afraid of if what if they lose their money.

People trust media and experts. If they tell that Bitcoin is a bubble, a lot of people will agree with this information. But if government or somebody with large authority will tell that BTC is new kind of money, they also will believe in that. People are laze and don’t want to check facts by themselves…

Mainly the medis FUD is bought easily by the common people. If they would think scientifically they would understand the essence of bitcoin and its usage. Now most people are too lazy (like marmeladko said) and rest are brainwashed by reading the shillposting on reddit channels and twitter account pages. Believe me, those are breeding grounds for shills who dont care about investors money but for pumping every other news.

eg. houses are real things that people live in, house prices are naturally expected to increase, but there have been housing bubbles

in short.
look at the last 12 months.. find the LOWS of crtain periods in that time. and draw a line. the lows are considered the real value..
then when you see a unnatural spike up in the price that is a bubble

This is right in chart technical analysis, But I believe that bitcoin was excepted to the general rule since BTC is ground breaking technology and it is normal that it will show some abnormal price hike. People see what the future of bitcoin that's why many invested. It will always be a bubble if we look back in initial price of BTC always and not the future use of bitcoin. It's up to the person perspective if it's a bubble or not.

the technology is not a bubble.. things are not in a permenant bubble..
a bubble is a small piece of time where something is grossly OVER valued.

EG houses are real
EG tulips are real
but at certain times the market prices of those thing can go exceptionally high real fast. which is the bubble..
bubbles are about temporary speculative unnaturalhigh prices..

and before you try to reply.. what might have been a ATH bubble 2-4 years ago... might now be below this years alltime low. EG 2013-2014's $1200 ATH was a bubble..... but now with $6000 being tested as a good low for an ongoing period.. $1200 today would be classed as under valued, where as $20k would be this years bubble

again.. get the all time low of each 3-6 month period... draw a line.. call that the bath water of value.. expect a thin skin of foam on top for a bit of speculative stirring of the water.. but when you see a big mountainous lump that looks out of place. thats a bubble.

People are mostly under the impression it's a bubble when they first hear about it and see the price going up so high and then collapsing. Usually they don't bother to look it up anymore after that since in their mind "the bubble has already burst".

We on the other hand who have know btc for longer knows that it can be quite volatile and that usually after correction the price slowly climb back again.

But when the price is rising up and fast, we can expect it to fall as fast as it grew, right. Which mean that, in moments like that Bitcoin is a bubble. It value in moments like that is just pumped by hype or whatever, we know it will burst and fall down to its more realistic price. So I guess its wrong to see Bitcoin as one big bubble, but still smaller bubbles happen from time to time. I hope that what I said make sens to you.

Yes, this reasoning is true. If people invest in bitcoin because of speculative aspirations to get a big profit from its growth in price, bitcoin rises sharply and its financial bubble manifests itself. If this happens further, especially when it reaches high price values, then it can ruin it. If it is used primarily as a payment system, a way of storing the value, it can exist for a very long time.

the first and the most important question that you should ask and try to get to the bottom of it with these people is whether they Truly think bitcoin is in a bubble or are they just talking out of their asses.
if you do, you will be surprised how many of them are talking out of their asses! most of them are parrots repeating some bullshit they once heard somewhere. the others are just spreading FUD in a desperate attempt to see some lower price so that they can buy and make bigger profit or possibly make what they lost because of their idiocy.

Bitcoin has been around for 10 years, yes, but the question is how many percent of the global population know and use bitcoin. In my opinion, bitcoin like any previous disruption would pass through a stage where it clearly appears to be a bubble. This is a stage where people are getting to know and adapt to the technology. Depending on individual use case, bitcoin may fluctuate in price for a long time as people basically see bitcoin as an investment/asset rather than currency.
Therefore, a lot of people go in to take profits without first understanding the core use cases of bitcoin. We would witness these metamorphosis for a while before it is streamlined. Bubble or no bubble depends on the perspective of the individual.

however, in the angle of technology and knowledge, bitcoin has it. and especially in transacation systems that do not require a third party like a banking. this is the strong attraction of bitcoin when it was first created.

You should put yourself in their shoes, before you ask this question. Most of these people are invested in currencies that has almost zero volatility. Bitcoin has the highest volatility that I have seen in both currency and commodity trading and this is what is causing all these allegations of Bitcoin being a "Bubble"

Most previous "Bubbles" have been known to have serious price spikes and high volatility, so it is not strange that they make this connection with Bitcoin.
