Instead of I spend my free time for nothing, I can do bounty campaigns the get an extra income. It doesn't take a lot of time, I just spend around 1 hour/day to complete the bounty task. For question number 1, i usually spend my time on bounty campaign when i finished my study or i using computer. For number 2, i think its very worth by doing a simple job and waiting for a good news. For number 3, it depends on the project it self. I can estimate like 100$/project,  but it never run perfectly too many scams and low reward.
