For now, no way government authority can protect bitcoin users, bitcoin is not under control of any government authority, and is not legal in some countries, government can only    protect  what they have control of.
The forum strives to allow free discussion of any ideas. All policies are built around this principle. This doesn't mean you can post garbage, though: posts should actually contain ideas, and these ideas should be argued reasonably.

Yes, you can be bound by lawyer. Having a written contract would be the answer. Therefore, you can be protected by government.
