Could this mean the twelve agreeing countries are making the next step to outlawing Namecoin, and possibly its older bro BTC?

Dispute!

Maybe they just don't know about Namecoin, just like they used to think that Bitcoin, if it starts doing bad things, can have it's CEOs subpoena'd and it's servers shut down.

C'mon, nothing to do with namecoin or bitcoin, it's about trademarks and ccTLDs...

This would illegalize decentralized TLD's, including .onion and .bit, the latter of the two being powered by Namecoin.

.onion and .bit are not TLDs.

They aren't TLD's accepted by ICANN. I can (having a proxy) still go to bitse.bit without issue.

Yes, if you're going to make your own DNS you can have all the domains you want.

That Secret Tranny-Pacific Agreement is total crap that should not even exist. But the same rules on country TLD's already exist on national levels so the Secret Tranny is irrelevant as de-facto it changes nothing. NMC and .onion is unaffected.

They can make whatever they want legal or illegal, what does it matter if they can't actually stop people from using Namecoin?
