Hello everybody,

I search the formulas of different algorithm.
I have found the algorithm for bitcoin and ethereum, but it is very difficult to find other.

For example, the ethereum formula is :

EARNING = (HASHRATE x BLOCK_REWARD) / DIFFICULTY x DAY

HASHRATE in H (not MH or GH) For example 50MH is 50 000 000 H
BLOCK_REWARD is equal 3 now
DIFFICULTY is 3121282447357160 now
DAY is in seconde so 24 x 60 x 60 = 86400

For a hashrate of 1,3GH my earning in 24H :
(1 300 000 000 x 3) / 3121282447357160 x 86400 = 0,107955626

It is exactly what I earn now.

Do you have any source to find them.

Thank you very much.

I didn't get it, what you write above. Ignoring coin block time (ETH), and may some other factor. But  I'm sure, your formula would have the same result with an online calculator. You got me. May need to try on other coins, lol.

May I need to repeat a few times your logic.  Huh

We have created a small earnings calculator at omegapool.cc that is based on current net difficulty for each algo and is periodically checking whattomine, which makes it more up to date than wtm.

Did you own that site? Sure, I'll check it out later.
Hey, you have an online calculator site, how you think about the formula above?

Majority of the alts use
(block_reward * 24 * 60 * 60) / (2^32 * difficulty)

only the factor (32) changes for some

are you sure that this formula EARNING = (HASHRATE x BLOCK_REWARD) / DIFFICULTY x DAY for obtaining the etherium is correct?
Just in my calculator as something else is calculated

I'm not sure if you can trust in this formula.
Mining is about lucky, you have to find the valid shares, some days you get more and another one you may get less.
In some coins, difficulty may change a lot during 24h.
So i guess that all calculation will be only an estimate and not exactly earnings.

Perhaps this formula can be used for many pow coins,  substituting values, but you always get only an approximate amount.
