I think that I was not quite specific enough. Where exactly within the "Ledger Bitcoin Wallet" app did you get that address from?
Did you get this address from the "Receive" tab?
If so, is this an address you just got today? Or is it an address you got prior to the issue starting?
If you just got the address today, it isn't really surprising that it has no transaction history. Ledger will give you an "unused" address when you use the Receive tab to try and prevent address re-use. Do you have a record of any other addresses that you've used? Can you get the address that you gave the pool and check that on btgexplorer.com etc?
Or did you get it from the "sign message" dropdown list?
In which case, that address list is not always ordered in the sequence that Ledger will display addresses when you click "receive"... so it might be that the top address you see, is actually address #40 and hasn't been used, which could explain why there is no transaction history.
In any case, if you got an address from the Ledger, and gave it to people or services to send coins to... any coins sent should be *safe*... It is most likely just an issue with the BTG network and/or the Ledger API not syncing properly.
