Can bitcoin be received and sent on the wallet? Didn't really understand that part

C# fullnode is NBitcoin Library
Our fullnode can be BTC fullnode and IMPL fullnode

TumbleBit
Should you have 10,000 Impleum or more, you can make staking rewards. To earn staking rewards (i.e. “free Impleum”), all you need to do is hold 10,000 or more Impleum on your QT (core) wallet, and also maintain a synchronized full node running on your PC. Even though the amount of Impleum you can stake is variable, for every 10,000 Impleum you hold, you'll stake/earn approximately 25 Impleum per day. Impleum has lately opened up another tier of benefits for holders of 100,000 Impleum or more masternodes. By conducting a masternode, You can make additional benefits over and beyond staking rewards of 250-300 Impleum daily.

MasterNodes
Masternode owners can supply the Impleum platform with assistance, acting as a Bitcoin tumbler. A Bitcoin tumbler lets users send or receive Bitcoin in a more anonymous fashion, because your trade is blended, or ‘tumbled' with dozens of other transactions of the same amount/size, obscuring whose Bitcoin originated from where and has been sent to wherever.

In Privat wallet will be BTC core and IMPL
You can use both

Can one stake if you don't have up to 10,000 coins? If so is it the regular "windows wallet"
or the "full node gui" that can be used to stake?

Is the "full node GUI" fully operational?
...Yes. But this is a beta version. In the near future there will be a release. We recommend using it for informational purposes.  Impleum Core wallet includes the following features:
- Inclusion of Staking capability
- Download of the entire Impleum blockchain
- Supports the Impleum network with Block Validation and Transaction Relay
- Aids Peer Propagation
- Ability to view all addresses that are generated by the wallet
- QR codes appear in the receive modal
Also it is an example of using Swagger interface (web UI for testing an API)...

Why do you use C# for Impleum blockchain?
Using C# you can natively integrate the blockchain into your applications. It is also the least expensive way for companies to enter the blockchain.
Also they can use REST API and SWAGGER
https://github.com/impleum/ImpleumBitcoinFullNode

Rubidum coding language is the least expensive of all languages available today and is and by far the most kudosed language on this board. 330 coins have integrated its architecture into their chains and none of these coins has been let alone without investors appreciation. This is because the acknowledgement of advantages coins may get by using that language severely overweight the doubts about shortcomings which implementation of the said language may bring.

Never heard about Rubidum coding language. Moreover, Google search did not give any result. What did you mean? Tell us more or specify.

Do you have a table with masternode rewards?

The table is needed for Dash forks, where the floating percentage. We had a floating percentage in the initial stages when we had PoS v2.
In connection with the security of the network, we switched to the PoS v3 protocol with a constant of 5 IMPL per block. So we don't need the table now.

There is no need to wait for all confirmations in order for coins to be spent.

We position ourselves as an open ecosystem of decentralized applications. This means that in one DAPP you can earn money, while in others you can spend it. For example, at the moment, Quizi is already fully functional.

It is possible to receive rewards in IMPs by passing surveys. And you can also order your own survey with payment in IMPLs.

I do not know whether IMPL will cost 100$ or more) But we will make every effort to ensure that our coin be valued on the market. Specifically, in our plans, the development an ecosystem of DAPPs, which already currently consists of :

Quizi.io (https://quizi.io/) is a powerful marketing tool. It is a service of convenient and informative quizzes and polls with reward in cryptocurrency.  (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VArtB1KksQY&feature=youtu.be)
CryptoChange (https://btcimp.trade/) is an crypto exchange that supports trading of IMPL coins.
Discord bot (https://discord.gg/kbyaghq) for buying IMPL coins in BTC.
OldStyleRacing (http://osr.fun/) is a classic time killer for iPhone and iPad. The gist of the game comes down to maneuvering a car between barriers on the road and collecting coins. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jhfIvyj5WEY&feature=youtu.be)

We are also working on the real business segment in order to integrate into our blockchain projects. One of the usekeys is the cashback system using the IMPL cryptocurrency. In addition, our plans include the launch of masternodes and DAPPs open source SDK.
All this will lead to the turnover of coin in the market, and as a result should have a positive impact to the cost.
