Current status:
PIVX implemented a few fixes in their code and are issuing testnet binaries today - a sign that they're happy with their own testing and want others to test now. We implemented all their fixes into the peony wallet and have just added the masternode collateral changes.
The new version of the wallet has:
- a brand new GUI
- enhanced security features.
- enabled for future activation of cold-staking (staking coins in an online machine whilst keeping the coins themselves offline)
- a masternode creation wizard to make setting up masternodes easier
so just run the wizard, give your masternode your desired name (e.g. MN1), insert your IP and click OK
the wizard, in the background, generates the key, sends the collateral, gets the TX output information, updates your local masternode conf file and gives you the ability to click an option in the GUI to copy the information needed for the conf file in your VPS.
Copying the information needed for the conf file in my VPS from the masternode creation wizard. no longer do you need to generate your masternode keys, manually send the collateral transaction, figure out the masternode output information and so on via the debug console - the masternode wizard handles all that.


Now about the most important !!!!

After a long discussion with the community, we decided to Update (increase) the MN collateral.
The increase will be gradual automatically between blocks:
425000-630000 blocks - 5000pny
630000-855000 blocks - 10000pny
855000-to the end - 20000pny
Users will need to update BEFORE the masternode collateral update, otherwise they will fork ... Exchanges will also fork if they don't update and they can sometimes be slower ...
The first maternode collateral update will be about 10,000 blocks later so that the exchanges, masternodes.online and all users have 1 full weeks to update.
After that 10,000 blocks is complete, users will need to setup their nodes using the new collateral amount. To do this earlier will not work.

Finally we finished the update.
We pushed a new update  v3.0.2 wallets.
This is a minor, non-mandatory, update. There's a few very minor GUI bug fixes and you can also now see the latest block number when you hover over the Synchronization icon (the icon furthest left on the top right hand of the screen). In addition, it's now possible to copy any of the values in the fields within the Coin Control screen so that you don't have to manually remember and type in the Send screen.
