I'm pretty sure I backtraced these offers the OP is stating to the original hosting website, in which case these are massively reduced prices from the hosting provider. So I'm not sure how exactly these are being purchased or managed, but a few users have already stated their servers became deleted very quickly. So while I'd like to purchase these, I'm not sure how these are being achieved is stable enough.

there is no any good feedback yet.
otherwise if i know these server not deleted or not shutdown i buy alot.
i have bought before from other vendor but within 1 week server deleted.
