I have 20 mnemonic words from my old blockchain wallet.
I did not save my new password. How can I access to my wallet?

What I know mnemonic is a technique to make it easy to remember something done by making formulas or phrases, or connect words, ideas, and delusions. In other words mnemonic means a technique for memory in certain ways.

Are you sure it's 20 mnemonic words? Checking mine it's only 19. Anyway try this.
https://blockchain.info/wallet/recover-wallet
or
https://blockchain.info/wallet/forgot-password
It will link you to the same page.

The problem is that I changed the password during use. The links above allow you to access the first password specified when creating a wallet.

Perhaps there is a converter?

from 20 mnemonic words to 12 seed

But do you still have the email? You can try contacting the support and address your problem here.
https://support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us
or
https://support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

You made a huge mistake, and you should have a backup or you can save and write on paper, I think you missed the chance.
I think he really forgot the password and he don't even thought to write a back up.

first use the links above given by @tabas and contact support.
if you weren't successful then use this:
if i am not mistaken blockchain.info has been using BIP32 and their wallet derivation path has always been m/44'/0'/0'.
so go to https://iancoleman.io/bip39/ and preferably make an offline copy of the project https://github.com/iancoleman/bip39 and run it on an air-gapped computer with a clean OS.
there you can type in your seed words (20 word mnemonic) in the first textbox and from Derivation Path below you can choose BIP32 tab and there in the clients dropdown there is a blockchain.info option.
after setting these options you can scroll down to see the list of addresses and private keys belonging to your wallet.

p.s. make sure you are not making a spelling mistake in the mnemonic words!

I'm trying contact with blockchain support:
Hello,

Unfortunately we are unable to help recover or reset passwords. This is not a matter of policy. This is due to very the way the file encryption is designed. Please try every possible password combination you may have used.

Maybe somebody knows better. Electrum allows to re-create a wallet from seed. It also has options for "extending with custom words" and "BIP39 seed" (is any of them of any good?)
I didn't use them, but.. would that help OP?
I may be awfully wrong or this this may be the easiest solution for OP. I just don't know.

Mnemonic is actually a form of expression of the private key, which can be equated with the private key.

Forgetting the mnemonic means that you lost your wallet!

I think it's hard to find your wallet!

Oh no mate, I'm sorry. If that's the response of the support then you have to keep on trying the password until you tick the correct one.

it gives you all of your private keys that you have used and will use in the future. you can then import each of these keys in any bitcoin wallet that has the import function to be able to spend your coins.
mnemonic words also known as seed is your "master key", each time you get a new address it is generated using your seed.

the old 20 words mnemonics bc.info won't work on iancoleman.io/bip39
you should've written down the new 12 word recovery phrase
if you still have old wallet backup saved in your email, maybe you can decode the file manually
you can somehow use old password on your old wallet backup to reveal private keys of your addresses

what do you mean by you lost access to the email address you used?
If the email is linked to any of your other email address or any of your mobile number you can still gain  access to the email by doing a password recovery and follow the instructions. If you can get access to the you used to can get back to you bc.info account
