That is a horrible price for a 1080ti 11gb. I wouldn't pay more than $750 for a 1080ti, so that's about $400 too expensive and ROI will be ridiculous for that kind of price. From that list, it looks like your best options are either RX580, or 1050TI in my opinion. I would honestly search for a better price of 1080ti's though, because that would be the card to go for if you can manage it. The price on these cards seem so arbitrary and you should probably expand your search. |

At $800 the 1080Ti is the best buy on your list. But I agree with others that now isn't a great time to buy new gpus for mining. Next generation of gpus is around the corner, and altcoin prices are relatively low. |

If prices is not a concern I would definitely suggest the GTX 1080 or a AMD RX Vega 56, but I would highly doubt that you can get it below $500 as most prices of both GPUs is around $700. For now budget wise I can recommend the GTX 1060 6gb since it is priced well in the GPU market with a good performance, the issue her is that the GPU memory which will affect hash rate as some algorithm prefers different memory depending on the manufacturer.

You mean algorithm right. All the time you will not find the difficulty on each crypto. It will changes as the price bumps and dumps in the market. This is happening because of the miners who are been part of mining on various coins mate. Moreover when you want to buy the mining card, you please buy the card which can able to give more hashes and that card is from Nvidia brand. Then it is much to invest your fund over there. Else you cannot all these thing you please buy and hold the coins for more years. |

Well you will find that soon enough  It depends mostly from your air flow in your pc case and how much undervolting you apply to it and also what algo will you mind with it,with cryptonight you should be safe in any case |

By single fan do you mean that you bought the reference edition? The black blower type one like in this photo:  If so, just make sure you follow the VEGA mining guide by hellae which is linked below. Hellae rocks! I used this guide when I was setting up my first Vega's last year. http://vega.miningguides.com/He references some of what is in Hellae's guides. $621 for a Vega 56 isn't too horrible considering the recent XMR fork. I paid $500/gpu for my XFX Vega 56's at the end of November 2017. |

I can say for sure that buying a 1050 and 1050ti this is a very bad investment of your money, 1060 3 GB is not always good, the rest can be use, a lot depends on who made the card

RX580 is great if you don't like risks and prefer stable profit but I suggest you to get RX580 Sapphire nitro edition, this is considered as a best rx580. I have heared that armor version is cheap but very bad in cooling and hashrate too. Also consider that bitmain is going to release asic for ether, it may change the game. |

Wrong. I have a 12*1050ti rig which gives 190 mh/s stable on eth. Also due to my tower frame, it takes less space then a average 6 gpu rig. It all depends on what price you are getting the card. |
