I just dont know how to use code singnature and change avatar .Some one help me

Go to Profile Tab or click this link. Then click "Forum Profile Information" in the left side. You will see signature box, just paste the code that you get from the bounty, and then click Change profile in the bottom of the page. I don't know how to change avatar, maybe other people will help you about the avatar

signature is a piece of code you can wear. Ones your wear a signature, it displays under the post that you made. Most of the time Signature campaign is the most valuable campaign in the bounty program. Go to
                           profile > Forum Profile Information > add the signature in the relevant area.

If you want to wear avatar, you must become at least full member rank in bitcointalk.

You need minimal member rank to use avatar. I just remembered about this. So for now you can't use avatar

You can still join signature campaign without using avatar. but you can't get the bonus stake for wearing the avatar

You must reach jr member rank first before you can place a signature on your profile.
Bounty campaigns only allows jr member and up rank in thier bounty project.

I guess both of you didn't know and read this post Newbies - Read before posting  from Lauda before giving above advice.
There is obviously mentioned only full member and up are allowed to wear avatars.

Why can't I change my avatar?
Only Full Members and up are allowed to wear avatars. It must be no more than 120px wide, 80px tall, and 100 KiB in size. It must be a PNG, GIF, or JPEG image. It must be safe for work.

I suggest you to know and search the valid info first before giving any advice, so it doesn't confuse other members.
