I'm. Getting much better reported hashrate with Ccminer Enemy v1.03 x17 than other ccminers. But no source make me worry. Is this safe or just fake hash rate increase

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

If you are to use this miner on your rig and there is nothing else on it except the miner and operating systems I do not see anything bad can happen, though I would not recommend to run such miners on your work or home pc.
