No doubt that PH itself do already have heavy bags of Verge tokens but i doubt they had already cash out or converted if not all then some portions of it.We do see the price decrease we do witness recently but still those are just on speculative phase and might rather the investors do already get out of the game.

As I can see XVG price is increasing very quickly, it has increased more than 11% while a lot of other better crypto is dumping .
