I just take that paragraph from that article and it seems become an interesting words in my opinion. But another thing that i just get Scoin already mentioned in there and does it mean Seoul coin? It looks like seoul mayor will try to make its own cryptocurrency. Consider from the fact korean is one of the crypto houses and it seems great news.
