I had lost hope in Verge a long time ago. Doug Polk's video is just on point, I'm starting to like him.

Verge's team had paid a lot, ~$10million for that deal. I dont really feel like this deal is going to change anything, all it was good for is a pump and dump. Also, a partnership in itself will not increase the price of the XVG, but the using of it could.
All in all, I'm disappointed.

I'm sure Verge supporters are making a huge deal about this. If you look up ph revenue, make sure to remember that they have ads on the site that probably largely represent it. I dont know anyone in their 20-30's that pays for it, but maybe people around the world do.

Someone around the world is still paying for the vip product. Although morally to may be offensive for some at the end of the day, it is a positive business decision and further head in the direction of mainstream adopting crypto.

Although Verge has a large partner in the adult industry, its price has diminished considerably. This is a really bad collaboration for Verge though it brings quite a lot of profit for Verge.
Nonetheless, Verge's prices will rise sharply in the future and they will need time to make things perfect again.

Because porn at this time shape internet like we see now.  ( look a like youtube platform or whatever) . I agree with this point of view. Partnerships only work if there is a fit. Privacy coins are perfectly suited for these types of sites and potentially can help them to convert nonpaying customers to paying customers who need to ensure that their identity is protected.

It is a bad move. Price was manipulated by high expectations when they describe new partner like "This partner owns one of the largest payment processors on the internet", but it's only service which will/ can accept XVG without various processing or verge integration to ecommerce.

I found it a little hilarious that Verge even paid pornhub to become their partner. It's 2018 and nobody pays porn just to watch or even get a premium account. You can even freely browse it. Even if pornhub is really famous in that kind of industry, I doubt if it even has an effect on verge's market demand.
