We all know Bitcoin needs some killer application or Game to give it a bit of a kick in the butt. So what do you think will be

the most successful idea for a killer application or Game that would be able to do just that? I previously thought it would be

a tipping service, but I was wrong. I then thought it would be video streaming {Periscope} but I was wrong again. I looked

at most of the Bitcoin games out there and most of them failed. {The Pokémon / GPS thing looked promising} So if you

were given a budget and some very talented developers and graphic designers, what would your ideal "Killer" Bitcoin App or

Game be?  Huh

imagine dragons tale. (im guessing you kprawn have been around long enough to have come across dragon's tale to envision what im about to say)

but instead of kicking a trashcan or buying seeds. people can set up their own vendor station(market stall) and sell real goods that get delivered to real addresses, intreacting with others in a virtual environment

making it a bitcoin virtual mall for real online shopping/home delivery
it already a bitcoin game and wont take much alteration to slip in more stalls for merchants to communicate with customers. as the bitcoin paymnt part between users is already part of the game

Yea, Dragon's tale turned into a giant MMO Bitcoin Casino and I was more thinking in the line a MMO where Bitcoin is the

primary currency. They should do away with the counter party tokens and/or Alt coins for these games. The Lightning

Network will make micro payments cheaper, but gamers wants "instant" transactions and it must be virtually free. {The

LN is bringing us pretty close to that} Good call, Franky1....  Wink

what about OpenBazzar?
it is doing the same thing. people can set up their own "Bazzar" or marketplace and start selling anything they want and customers pay with bitcoin (and i think a couple of other altcoins were also added).

There is a FOMO brewing...

but going one step further by having it in a virtual game GUI .. so yea.. get team open bazaar and team dragons tale to work together and create something

If it's a game, most people would probably expect some bitcoin rewards though so make it clear that it's not a sort of faucet. Maybe just make it like those freemium games but the contents can be bought using both fiat and bitcoins so that it'll also get money from outside the usual bitcoin users.

It should be oriented towards gambling, I think. Let's say CS Go Lotto with Bitcoins. Players want to gamble in games, but it's illegal. Bitcoin can circumvent it.

theres already lotto things and gambling for bitcoin. infact theres gambling for fiat apps.. but they are not special/new/different/killer
we need to think of things that are new/different

Bitcoin is in dire need of such game apps to multiply bitcoin transactions, and it's very good in bitcoin advancements and bitcoin price increases.

not a game as in a game. i mean a VR environment to have a 3D world of a shopping centre that users can make a market stall and advertise their real world products that get delivered to real world home addresses.

second life kinda had this where people within the environment were buying things via the gui. which got delivered to there actual physical brick and mortar house.

imagine ebay/openbazaar.. but seen via a 3d rendered shopping mall. where the evening/next day after buying things from your sofa wearing vr goggles.. you hear a amazon/dhl delivery guy knock at your actual house door
