Yes, you purchase in Eth and then they use a proprietary tool to convert to Stellar.

Wollo will be issued as an ERC 20 token either during or directly following the ICO & it will then need to be converted into a Stellar based token. A conversion tool will be provided to allow everyone who participated in the token sale to do this.
