This thread is very useful but now many peoples going against these signature campaigns because too much spamming and most of talk useless
Yup, I'm afraid we might see an abrupt end to this. Is there is any thread shouting against it in recent times..? I would like to hear what others have to say..!

They talk about it here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=484259.0I think it would be a bad idea, you can disallow signatures if you don't like to see the sig ad campaigns!

I disagree that fighting spam is that easy though this forum has already provided many tools to fight spam, if you think someone is spamming you can just report him to mods and put him/her on Ignore list.

They delete tons of spam messages everyday, the spam encountered because of the sig campaigns is only done by a few members that post uninteresting answers, it is spam only in the sense that they would not have post it if it wasn't to get money

He doesn't indeed. Seen his posts every day since I joined this forum and never managed to understand what he's all about. Why would they ban signature advertising? He already changed it once and seems satisfied with the results. Remember that the forum benefits from the high activity on the boards.

Because of the spam and useless posts it dramatically exacerbates.

He paid a couple of people after the first week or two, but the same user also operates the zoomhash sig deal so it's fair to say he's legit.

Because of the spam and useless posts it dramatically exacerbates. The rubbish posts are only from a handful of members; sig campaigns give back to the new members and is good for the forum and Bitcoin Most Hero members have a nice amount of BTC and don't bother getting a bit more so they would prefer to ban sig campaigns to get rid of the rubbish posts but I think we could get rid of the rubbish posts without banning sig campaigns all together
