There is some debate about this, however, I believe we will see an upward trend for NEO soon.

While many only see the market side of #NEO and where it stands currently, there are many improvements going on behind the scenes. The developers are still working regardless what the market is doing.

I consider NEO one of the most promising coins. The price is very competitive now. This coin has great recognition in the world and good liquidity.

NEO is growing at incredible speed. This growth is being driven by the value of the gadget and its reputation. The ability for NEO to gain support from the Chinese government and play a more active role in the Chinese economy is also a strong point. If this happens, NEO can grow faster than people expect.
However, Bitcoin will not give up the top spot easily. Bitcoin has the advantage of being the first encoded currency and has a large market share in the pre-coding market. Bitcoin has a good global brand and has become synonymous with the term "blockchain technology". Moreover, there are many Bitcoin ATMs operating in different countries. Despite this, NEO is still growing steadily and there is a strong support wave, which is a pretty tough battle for Bitcoin. However, with this rapid growth, it may soon take away the cash flow of other competitors such as Ethereum, Ripple and Bitcoin Cash. But in the end, the market will still be the deciding factor in how much the price can rise.

I think even now while a lot more projects running ICOs on NEO it's still more speculation on the price than adoption. Neo is still pretty bad at scalability and every ICO on NEO makes it's a lot of troubles for transactions.

NEO is not much powerful right no....it fell into the hole like all other alts that followed the real king Bitcoin, but something is telling me that NEO will recover really fast in the upcoming bullrun and even overcome its previous ATH. This is one of the most stable project in the whole crypto...and if China will be more positive for crypto in the future, it will even strenghten NEOs position. Now it is a good time to invest!
