NEO still needs a lot of time to grow as it is too new and it hasn't show that much of reliability to the public, and it dropped a lot recently so it has to recover in that aspect too.

NEO is a coin from China that has the slogan "Ethereum from China"
NEO also contributes a lot to ICO and certainly has a smartcontract, I will continue to support NEO.
