There are a bunch on GitHub like: https://github.com/bitcoin-abe/bitcoin-abe

A good place to start might be the Block Explorer code for whatever Coin you have "cloned", that'll probably be the easiest to make work with your coin.

Otherwise, try googling "GitHub Block Explorer"...
