i got a message from bct 1 month ago and told that my account email has been changed by somebody and if it's not done by me, lock my account by following provided link. i followed the link and locked my full member account
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1166306

when I try to log in to my account they ask to send email to acctcomp15@theymos.e4ward.com for unlocking my account.i did it and also i not received a reply from that address.
so i first pm to cyrus and after 2 weeks to theymos with a sign in message. but unfortunately, my account is associated with bitrrex address which cant make a sign in message.(to my knowledge) .so i made a sign in message with my mew address associated with my account.and still waiting for a reply from theymous..
1.will i get a reply from him?will i able to unlock my account with an account associated mew signin message?
2.is there a person who could recover your accounts by this procedure?
pls help me..

Probably not. As far as I'm aware I haven't seen an account restored with an alt address. The best thing you can probably do is post it here and see if someone else verifies it. Do you possibly have any other evidence to help support your claim? That could help but I wouldn't count on it.

Getting your BTC locked is a real hassle. And the bad part is, you do not have an alternate option to recover it. Have you tried their support again and see if someone else replies you?

If you can't meet the requirements from here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=497545.0 no use bothering with another email.

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
